Mattress Care
How often should I rotate my mattress?
We recommend rotating your mattress 180 degrees every 3-6 months for the first year, then every 6 months thereafter. This helps ensure even wear and extends the life of your mattress.
Do I need a mattress pad or protector?
Yes, we strongly recommend using a mattress protector. It helps keep your mattress clean, protects against spills and stains, and is required to maintain your warranty coverage.
What is the best way to clean my mattress?
Spot clean with mild soap and water. Never soak the mattress. Allow to air dry completely before replacing bedding. A mattress protector helps prevent the need for deep cleaning.
Warranty
How do I register my warranty?
Register your warranty within 30 days of purchase by visiting our warranty registration page or calling 1-800-800-1353. You'll need your proof of purchase and the law label information from your mattress.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Visit our Warranty Claims page or call 1-800-800-1353. You'll need photos of the defect, your proof of purchase, and your warranty registration information. Claims are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days.
Does my mattress need a center support?
Yes, Queen and King size mattresses require a bed frame with a center support. Using your mattress without proper center support may void your warranty.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from order date. White Glove delivery service includes in-home setup and old mattress removal.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. For deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact our customer service team.
What is White Glove delivery?
Our premium White Glove delivery service includes scheduled delivery, in-home mattress setup in the room of your choice, and removal of your old mattress and packaging materials.

What do the bedMATCH colors mean?
Gold — Ultra-soft support, ideal for side sleepers
Green — Medium-soft, great for combination sleepers
Blue — Medium-firm, recommended for back sleepers
Red — Very firm, best for stomach sleepers
